Orvis dalli- Dall's Sheep. Named after W.H. Dall, an American Naturalist. Northern race is white, horns are slender with a corrugated keel on the outer curl.  Males weigh up to 200 lbs., and can live up to 14 years in the wild.   Found in the highest mountains in North America and ranges into the tundra.   Hunted by wolves and grizzly bears.
